Festive Concert 2021

Songs from around the world with the Wing-It Singers.

Tickets include a glass of wine.

This year the proceeds of the concert will go to the charity Afghanaid .Note: the "handling charge" of 50p covers credit card company fees, etc.

Covid-19 Advice and Guidance

Proof of vaccination: ALL ADULT audience members will be required to provide proof of "double vaccination" to enter the venue. Official Phone App confirmations are acceptable. 

Lateral Flow Test: We request that you take a LFT on the day of the concert. You will be asked to confirm this verbally on entry.

NHS Test & Trace: We encourage every visitor aged over 16 to scan the official NHS QR code using the NHS COVID-19 app when you arrive.

Face covering: Face coverings are no longer required by law. However, the government still recommends that people continue to wear face coverings in crowded, enclosed spaces to reduce the risk of spreading Covid-19. St Matthias Church is a big space, but to help protect performers and other audience members, we ask all our visitors to wear a face covering while in the church, unless exempt or when eating or drinking. Please put on your face covering before entering the church.

Sanitiser: Hand sanitiser stations will be positioned at the entrance to use on arrival and during the evening.

Ventilation: We will endeavour to keep fresh air circulating inside the church, in so far as possible

Before you arrive: Feeling unwell? Please don't come to the concert if you or anyone in your group:

- is infected with Covid-19, or are showing any symptoms
- has experienced symptoms of Covid-19 in the last 10 days
- has been in close proximity to anyone who has experienced symptoms in the last 10 days
- has been instructed to self-isolate or are awaiting a Covid-19 test result
- has had a positive LFT test on the day of the event

Arrive Early: Please try to arrive at the church in good time as it may not be possible to admit latecomers. Please join the queue outside, ensuring you maintain a safe distance from others.

Keep warm: We will try to admit everyone promptly but there may be some waiting in the queue outside, so please wear appropriate clothing. It may also be cool inside the church due to ventilation measures.

Ticket & vaccination check: Our tickets are e-tickets, which can be printed at home or shown on a digital device when you arrive. Please have your e-tickets and proof of vaccination ready.

Refunds: If you are unable to attend the concert, please contact us a soon as possible. We will arrange a refund which may take a few days. Go to "Support" (at the top of this page) and "Send us a message"
